Who is this for?

This course is designed for anyone who feels unsure where to begin but ready to take that step towards improving their health & fitness in an all women's supportive & safe environment.


Helping you build confidence, lose body fat, and improve muscle tone, along with creating healthy habits, and making real progress without over restricting your food!

 • Up to 30 fitness sessions over 6 weeks. Any session from the main timetable.

• Smaller groups, higher quality training.

 • Daily 1-2-1 support directly from me for questions, help & advice.
