This isn’t a quick fix. This is structured fat loss done properly — protecting your muscle, your health, and your long-term results.


Our programme is led by a qualified Nurse Prescriber and a specialist Strength Training Instructor for women — both with over 20 years of experience in their respective fields.

Together, we provide integrated medical oversight and structured resistance training to ensure Mounjaro is used safely, effectively, and responsibly.


This is not a programme centred around extreme restriction or inactivity.

Mounjaro is used as a temporary adjunct tool to support fat reduction, while we simultaneously:

• Protect and build lean muscle mass

• Support skin integrity through progressive strength training

• Maintain adequate protein and micronutrient intake

• Reduce the risk of fatigue, nutrient depletion, and long-term metabolic slowdown

Without structured training and nutritional guidance, GLP-1–based therapy can lead to:

– Loss of skeletal muscle

– Reduced strength and functional capacity

– Increased risk of micronutrient deficiencies

– Unfavourable changes in body composition


Our approach focuses on achieving a healthier body composition — not simply lower body weight.

The objective is sustainable lifestyle change, improved metabolic health, and long-term maintenance beyond medication use.

What’s Included:

• Weekly Mounjaro injections – dispensed at the lowest effective dose

• Personalised calorie targets – tailored specifically to you

• Nutrition education – learn food categories, build better habits, focus on nutrient-dense foods to maintain energy levels

🏋🏽‍♀️ Strength Training (Essential)

While on Mounjaro, muscle loss can occur if you’re not resistance training. Losing muscle can leave you weaker, increase injury risk, and affect long-term health.

We prioritise:

• 3–4 strength sessions per week

• Up to 16 sessions per month from our main timetable

• Building lean muscle while reducing body fat

• Creating a toned, strong, athletic look — not just a smaller number on the scales

💉 Monthly Support Injections

• B12 injection

• Vitamin D injection

When calories drop, nutrient intake often drops too. These support energy levels, immune health, and help reduce fatigue during your fat loss phase.
